This is not cutting edge news but if you have been following the DevTeam the past year they have been tirelessly working on the 3G iphone unlock. These guys are an amazing group of young people dedicated to releasing a unlock for no apparent financial gain. I for one can't get AT&T in Montana and depend on resources like this to use the iPhone product in my daily life. I can't wait to see this in action!

We can't get AT&T PERIOD! I use my 2G iPhone on CellularOne network here. We have no 3G service as of yet in the state. I just want the new 3G for the GPS. I'll give my old 2G to the wife.

| I know 3G isn't close to being everywhere, but that sucks man. If you don't mind me asking, whereabouts in Montana do you live? I mean, are you close to one of the major cities? I know they aren't even populated all that much. |

I'm Missoula, MT. I have lived in various Montana towns. I have also traveled to all but 10 states and I will always come back to Montana. If I didn't live here I would live in southern British Colombia maybe Oregon.

I probably wouldn't leave either. I like that Governor you guys have out there. 
I'll have to Google up on Missoula. I'm not really familiar with the city.
I was just reading more about that "yellowsnow" unlock. I guess it's not working well for some people. |
