That doesn't surprise me. To be honest, these guys should just flood the market all over the world. Apple wouldn't be able to take them all on. I think the cat is basically out of the hat now. Plus, it's becoming super easy for people to build their own Hackintosh and then turn around and sell it. Ignoring all this might be the best strategy for Apple. Lawsuits probably give more attention to these people than they deserve. _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

Lawsuits also keep the brand name on peoples lips..
Over the long term, people tend to forget the issue, but still remember the name.
So as long as that Apple name is up there in lights...that's all that matters..
JB
Why do those guys keep producing Hackintoshes using such Fugly boxes....?
Surely, if your going to steal then do it in style...
Like copy the whole damn design of the unit while your at it....
Then flog it...
Which make me think...
Given how the Chinese just LOVE to make virtually perfect backyard copies...I am amazed we haven't heard of a Chinese version of a Hackintosh..
Now...if China were to start pumping them out....that would most certainly be the 'genie out of the bottle'...once and for all..

Maybe. But Apple already builds boxes in China, so presumably it has some influence with the powers that be. You know, jobs + shoot anyone who builds unlicensed clones.
Losing a legal case in Germany is much less injurious to your health |

This one of the reasons I'm going over to MAC. Microsoft are bully's! They think they can do anything they want and they do! _________________ 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB 667 DDR2 SDRAM - 120GBHDD, SuperDrive 8x DL
