i just bout a logetic zoom installed the software and everything was ok until i tried to let someone see me on yahoo messenger it looked like it was working on my end a window popped up showing me but when the person i invited tried to see me it said it wasnt available on their end.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

What software are you using to chat with? And What OS was the other person using? Many times there are issues using video chat programs cross platform (Mac-Windows or Windows-Mac) there are only a few (very few) programs that will allow you to chat with someone on Windows and those solutions are still kind of poor. The best thing that I can tell you is to try different chat programs such as AOL's AIM or Microsoft Messenger and see what works best for you. Also you might want to search this site for "video chat" or "iSight" I know that this has been discussed here before. Good Luck!

im trying to use yahoo messenger and yes the other person is using windows. What other programs are out there to help me out with this or should i just email yahoo with my problem. Thanks.

I use iChat with my Logitech Quickcam Zoom on the AIM network. I had to buy a program that lets me use the camera with iCHat (as it is USB) and it works fine when chatting with a windows user and his AIM client. Try that. There's a demo of the software here:

It's only 10 $ and it works great.
