I just bought a used Apple TV today for $99. 
Anyways, I can't get album art or thumbnails to show on my iPod touch with the Remote application v1.1. Is this normal? It seems to work fine with iTunes 8 on my Mac mini and MacBook. |

| Mine works, but it refreshes much slower than when it's connected to an iTunes library. I would try updating to Apple TV v2.2 as soon as possible. Perhaps it will fix something for you. |

I was having the same trouble with artwork showing up, but Remote 1.1.1 fixed it for me. It just came out the other day.

Yes!!!!!!! It's working as fast as does with iTunes now. |

Sounds like I should update. In fact, I may only be running 1.0. I can't remember updating the Remote application before.
