I was just wondering something. Is Google Earth really choppy for you guys on the iPhone 3G? It's not running well for me at all.

On my "old" iPhone (an original 8GB model) it works just fine. Depending on how I'm connected (wifi or cell) it's slower but, never choppy.

NOTE TO ALL iPHONE OWNERS:

I've started powering off my iPhone about twice a week or as needed (sometimes more) and have almost no more problems with apps crashing or hanging up. I just hold the sleep button until I see the power off slider, turn it off, then right back on. I read somewhere a while ago that it is recommended to do so and they were right!

Good advice Hackers, I reboot my everyday. I personally believe the iphone leaks memory little by little. Certain games like Bugdom and Urban tycoon require this every time for me.
