You want an internal one? If you already bought your mini and did not get a Superdrive pre-installed and now want one, why don't you opt for an external drive.
You can get an internal 8x here for 199.

| I picked this up last night at mwave and installed it. everything is working great. no problems at all. now i don't have the annoying buzz of my combodrive. |

Well that may be worth it alone because my combo drive is pretty loud. When I go to turn on the mini the drive make a weird noise like the lens is going back and forth 3-4 times, it sounds like a camera advancing film.
