Griffin Technology today introduced Simplifi, a new device that combines an iPod dock, memory card reader and USB hub into one product. According to the company, Simplifi features a dock that supports both the charging and syncing of iPods or iPhones. It also has memory card readers on the front that support Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro, SD, SDHC, xD and CompactFlash cards. And on the back it has a powered 2-port USB hub for plugging in keyboards, printers, cameras, flash drives, scanners and external hard drives. Sounds cool, no? The Griffin Simplifi has a suggested retail price of $69.99.

THAT'S a brilliant marketing move.
Geesh! What do you need to do to get a job as a consultant for one of these companies? All they need to do is ask, I could save them millions for a small percentage. |

Hover over the icons at the bottom. It says "Original iPhone 4GB, 8GB, 16GB". I can't see why it wouldn't work the 3G, but that's what it says. Maybe it's just an oversight on the website.
I hear you opensky42! And they wonder why we need bailouts these days. |

Cool looking product, but $70 seems a little steep to me. _________________ 1.42GHz Mac mini

| One of these would be super useful for the MacBook Air. We can charge our iPhone (if the 3G works?) while having an open card slot. |
