Apple today introduced the new fourth generation iPod nano, the thinnest iPod ever featuring a sleek new design with a curved aluminum and glass enclosure. The new iPod nano incorporates Apple's breakthrough Genius technology which automatically creates playlists from songs in your music library that go great together, with just one click. The new iPod nano also features a refined user interface, a high resolution portrait display and a built-in accelerometer which automatically switches to Cover Flow when rotated and automatically goes into Shuffle mode when lightly shaken. The new iPod nano gives users up to 24 hours of music playback or four hours of video playback and is available worldwide immediately in an 8GB model for $149 and a 16GB model for $199. Both models come in silver, purple, blue, green, orange, yellow, pink, (PRODUCT) RED and black.

| I think the new nanos look awesome, but Apple should have given these bad boys a wireless connection and the WiFi Music Store. If Microsoft can do it with the Zune.... |

I think they look awesome and great features for the price, I would get an orange or yellow one if I were to buy one.

The yellow and orange are sharp. Call me boring, but I'd probably go with silver. I think it looks smoking with the black click wheel. |

My little fat one seems to be on its last leg, as long as it lasts past 8-10-08 I can use the Best Buy warrenty for a new 4g, but my 3g seems to be having issues holding a charge.

That's cool. I'm hoping my 1G has a faulty battery, overheats and catches on fire. That would entitle me to a replacement.... right?  |

DungeonDude, you burn through iPods at an alarming rate... what is it that you do to them?

DungeonDude, you burn through iPods at an alarming rate... what is it that you do to them? |
My shuffles all ended up with corrupted data problems, my 1G nano the screen stopped working, my 2G the audio ended up just screaching in my ear, my 3G the battery is getting low capacity, and my warrenty is good for another 13 months. It's better I burn through them than one burn through me though  .
