Apple Releases 2.0.2 Software for iPhone and iPod Touch

Apple has released the 2.0.2 software update for the iPhone and iPod touch. According to the company, this version of the software includes bug fixes and supersedes all previous versions. No other specifics were given at this time. The iPhone and iPod touch 2.0.2 software update weighs in at approximately 250MB. It's available through iTunes.

| The update is to fix the chipset problems in the iphone several iphone users have reported that when they go from a g3 enabled network to a standard network connection they lose phone calls or worse there calls wont connect. |

That is fairly long. I don't have a ton of stuff on mine yet, but it only takes like two minutes. I don't have much else to say about this update. Things seem to be working about the same as before. Ye it's not good, it's got a lot of problems. My OS X install got corrupted which I fixed last night thanks to time machine. The DVD drive gets disks stuck in and my MacBook is also plagued by the well reportrd cracking plastic case problems. _________________ MacBook 1.83Ghz C2D, 2GB Ram, 160GB 7200rpm HDD, OS X 10.6.5

My back ups take any were between 30 seconds and 40 minutes its crazy! I'm just doing a quick sync after adding some new tunes to my iPhone playlist and I'll post my impressions when its done. _________________ MacBook 1.83Ghz C2D, 2GB Ram, 160GB 7200rpm HDD, OS X 10.6.5
