The first one is simply a screenshot of the iMac using Time Machine. The second is a photo being viewed/edited in iPhoto. Neither are actual desktop pictures or available anywhere for download.

| You can get the TM background in Macintosh HD > System > Library > CoreServices > Finder. Right or control click on the Finder > Show Package Contents > Contents > Resources > Vortex.png. |

Cool! It's a great site. I like how they have all of the resolutions up to 2560x1600. It's also a good site for downloading icons. |

That's a nice one. I like wallpaper that has shades of blue in it. |

Hmmm.. wallpaper. I used to use a super pic of my grandchildren, but I usually have such a mess of file and folder icons on the screen that I can't see much of the wallpaper anyway. I also find that complex pics tend to make these icons hard to locate. On the mac Mini I use the default which is about as complicated as I can cope with, on the other two I use the default Aqua Blue.
I've never been much a friend of gimmicks on the screen, even when I was a young pup in my 30s with my first MacPlus- I don't smile much either. _________________ Mac+, SE30, Classic, 4400 (metal), 603, LC475, iMac bondi (3), iBk orange.
