Where can I get these Apple backgrounds?

Apple puts the best backgrounds on their computers in advertisements, but I can never find them for download. Does anyone know where I can get the backgrounds in the images linked to above? They don't seem to come standard with Leopard.

The first one is simply a screenshot of the iMac using Time Machine. The second is a photo being viewed/edited in iPhoto. Neither are actual desktop pictures or available anywhere for download.

You can get the TM background in Macintosh HD > System > Library > CoreServices > Finder. Right or control click on the Finder > Show Package Contents > Contents > Resources > Vortex.png.

I get 99.9% of my backgrounds from Interfacelift. I think it's the best site out there for getting wallpaper. Here is my current background.

Hmmm.. wallpaper. I used to use a super pic of my grandchildren, but I usually have such a mess of file and folder icons on the screen that I can't see much of the wallpaper anyway. I also find that complex pics tend to make these icons hard to locate. On the mac Mini I use the default which is about as complicated as I can cope with, on the other two I use the default Aqua Blue.

I've never been much a friend of gimmicks on the screen, even when I was a young pup in my 30s with my first MacPlus- I don't smile much either. Wink
