Jumsoft today announced the release of Money 3, a new version of their financial application for personal or small-business accounting for Mac OS X. Money 3 helps people to manage their finances effortlessly, providing users with everything they need to create, manage, and develop their budget, accounts, reports, invoices, inventory list, portfolio, and more. The new release also improves overall performance and features a brand new user interface. Money 3 requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later. It is priced at $39. Owners of Money 2.x can upgrade to Money 3 for $19.

I've been using Cha-chinger, but I might give Money a closer look. It looks way more complete.

Nice application but 39.00 is quite steep for a application that just does money i would rather spend 99.00 and get quickbooks at least then i know i have everything that u.s law requires you to have for your business versus a application that may lead you to a tax aduit.

but not bad if using it for home finaces.

I use Billings and FileMaker Pro Advanced 9 for my business, and I like using them. I think FileMaker is better than SQL, and Billings creates really nice invoices and keeps track of all the sales, services, etc... Billings also calculates taxes for different areas, charges precisely to the minute or hour, keeps track of days. I like it.

I've been tempted to give QuickBooks a try, but I've heard it's not that good, and that the Mac version has a few bugs and issues. It is capable of a lot though, specially come tax season, I've heard.
