Ok, not just wallpapers in general.

What I'm looking for is a source of wallpapers via an RSS feed. More specifically, they need to be full size, not thumbnails - preferably in a particular size.

Anyone know how I can accomplish this?

Not really...

What i do when i need wallpaper is i go into google click the image link and search for what i want my wallpaper to be then i download it and resize it into the size i need works fine for jpeg however doesn't work with gif or bmp

InterfaceLIFT has a standard RSS feed. It doesn't do exactly what you want, but it's still handy for seeing the latest ones.
