HELL YEAH!!!
As long as it wasn't too pricey..... (I'd buy it for around US$1300)
Would it have the same peripherals and ports, etc as the current one?
Would be pretty cool if it supported dual monitors without having to use the weird USB thing that I've seen around...
How fast would it be? 2.66GHz? Or is that asking a little too much?

BTW
A quad core mini would be amazing, but I imagine Apple would but a quad core processor into the iMac before the mini.
