I'll be getting my iPhone in 11 hours and I really can't wait, I've been checking out the apps on the App Store and made a playlist on my iTunes for the iPhone. Bring on a rubbish nights sleep and an early morning!!! _________________ MacBook 1.83Ghz C2D, 2GB Ram, 160GB 7200rpm HDD, OS X 10.6.5

I think its christmas, nothing like opening up a small black box with an iPhone inside. But I also feel like its every other holiday tied into one big day.
I got mine 6.5 hours ago and I can't take my hands off it.
Man I am such a fanboy

Were you able to get one trustory?
They were sold out at my local AT&T store by the time I got there yesterday. I might drive to the Apple Store in Richmond, Virginia later today. They appear to have them. _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

I did indeed manage to get one, there were only 2 in the whole shop! O2 were having big problems doing credit checks and it was very complicated to upgrade my existing contract, I spent over 3 hours in the shop but at least the staff were friendly! Oh and I'm typing this on my iPhone. _________________ MacBook 1.83Ghz C2D, 2GB Ram, 160GB 7200rpm HDD, OS X 10.6.5

OK, don't rub it in now....
I'm glad to hear that you got one!
Wow, three hours is a long time. Seeing they only had two of them, what was the delay? iTunes server trouble? _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

Well I was the first customer in the shop so I was literally waiting around with an iPhone within my reach! The delay was down too a few things, problems with O2's credit checking system, the chip and pin card readers going offline and the fact the staff didn't know how to do iPhone upgrades so I was the guinea pig. The iTunes servers were find when I got round to activation, it sounds like they went offline just after the US launch. _________________ MacBook 1.83Ghz C2D, 2GB Ram, 160GB 7200rpm HDD, OS X 10.6.5
