Opera Software today announced the release of Opera 9.5, a new version of their popular alternative web browser. Opera 9.5 has a number of improvements, including increased speed, cross-device cooperation, support for open Web standards, improved security and stability, and a new look. This is includes a new default skin and redesigned Address bar dropdown. It also includes "Quick Find", a new feature that allows users to search for text inside pages previously visited, not just the title and address. I'm not crazy about the Mac version of Opera. It's fast, but kind of ugly. I recently moved to the nightly builds of WebKit after some hesitation. I'm happy to report that it has been smooth sailing. It also does quite well with the Acid3 test.

Still no border-radius support.

Ok, so CSS3 isn't finalized yet... But they could have added -webkit-border-radius or -moz-border-radius support (or even -opera-border-radius).

How do you get a fresh Speed Dial page? I clicked high speed at the bottom and now have a blank page.
