Does any use or know of a good FM kit for the iPhone or a head unit to drive the iPod side of the iPhone and maybe route calls through the cars speakers. I've got a Renault Megane 04[/b] _________________ Current: 20" iMac 2.4GHZ 2GB RAM 500GB HDD 10.6 using a 1TB Time Capsule, 2.4GHZ Macbook and 2G 16GB iPhone.

None that I'm aware of. I'm looking for something myself. I kinda wish someone would make a "handsfree kit" like they used to make for mobile phones years ago. You know, 3 watt booster, external antenna, speaker, mic, the works! I'd gladly pay $500 bucks for one for my iPhone. Shoot, I paid $400 for one and the phone only cost me about $30 bucks at the time! _________________ Automotive Digital Marketing

I just tried the DLO Tunestik. Rating with the iphone 0/10. This device is claimed to work with the iphone by the company. Here in Montana we don't have a huge amount of radio stations for interference and this thing had HORRIBLE reception. The remote on this model lets you choose any station. Even 1" away it was terrible. _________________ MacMini 2.0GHz C2D (2009)

Got the Griffin itrip Auto, so far so good. I'm on a big trip next week so we'll see how it good it is then. You do get a nag screen from the iphone about Airplane mode when you connect the itrip. _________________ Current: 20" iMac 2.4GHZ 2GB RAM 500GB HDD 10.6 using a 1TB Time Capsule, 2.4GHZ Macbook and 2G 16GB iPhone.

Does the adapter fit into the iphone properly? I just ordered an adapter for my iphone so that any 1/8" plug will fit. _________________ MacMini 2.0GHz C2D (2009)

Yeah it fits fine, same as the iPod video. _________________ Current: 20" iMac 2.4GHZ 2GB RAM 500GB HDD 10.6 using a 1TB Time Capsule, 2.4GHZ Macbook and 2G 16GB iPhone.

Well I've been using it for a while now. It's a great little device and is easy to use.
I sometimes get a bit of crackle on the Treble in some areas, not too bad though. I have my iPhone mounted on my vent grills so it's easy to reach to change tracks, parked up of course.
That fact that I'm able to charge my iPhone in the car is also a great bonus.
I can also set it for Japan, US and Other (UK) FM channels. _________________ Current: 20" iMac 2.4GHZ 2GB RAM 500GB HDD 10.6 using a 1TB Time Capsule, 2.4GHZ Macbook and 2G 16GB iPhone.
