Why do we bring politics in this forum? Is it really the space for that? _________________ Mac Mini i5 2.5 GHZ, 16GB Ram.

I'm not sure about that one. Hillary always seems to do better without him, and there was a major Bill hangover at that time with the sex scandal. Plus, Shrub was basically running on bringing "decency" back to the White House. What was Gore to do?
I think one mistake he made was picking Lieberman as a running mate. He probaby should have gone with someone from the south.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it. I mean as long as we keep it civil. |

To be honest with you when I see the damages done by this administration it is hard for me to keep it civil.
I guess I'd rather avoid this topic...... _________________ Mac Mini i5 2.5 GHZ, 16GB Ram.

I understand where your coming from. After I've discussed politics, I feel the urge to go over to the basin to wash my hands. It's like I feel my skin's crawling with slime mold....

Yes and I will give you my reasons.
Everybody I have talked on this site seems to be really nice, we are here to exchange informations, help each others.
I even got my my mac Mini used through this forum from a wonderful person.
I do not want this feeling to be spoiled by our vision of the world, I might be wrong but it is just my opinion. _________________ Mac Mini i5 2.5 GHZ, 16GB Ram.

I wish Bush could have another term. imo he's better than the candidates. That's the problem with your two term system in the US. It doesn't allow good Presidents to have several terms.
I'd pick McCain out of the three candidates left. |

I think it was Plato who said, "Those of us who are too intelligent to go into politics must suffer the rule of people more stupid than ourselves". _________________ Intel Mini 2.0GHz C2D (4GB/120GB/SuperDrive/10.5.8 ), 120GB WD Passport, Logitech ergo k/b

Since all the media hype over Obama's Pastor, I believe he will/is now out of the runnings as far as winning. It's going to really hurt him. _________________ G4 Mac Mini | 1.25ghz | 1gb | 40gb | OS X 10.4.11 | 37" Westinghouse HDTV

"The Democrats are the party of government activism, the party that says government can make you richer, smarter, taller, and get the chickweed out of your lawn. Republicans are the party that says government doesn't work, and then get elected and prove it."
P.J. O'Rourke, Parliament of Whores
And from my perspective...
There is really little difference between them.
It's just a matter of the label they use to get into your wallet...
"Workers Insurance
What the Democrats take out of your wallet with one hand...while the other is on your shoulder telling you they're...
"We're the Working man's friend".
.

.
Patriot Insurance
What the Republicans take out of your wallet with one hand..while the other is around your shoulder telling you they're..
"Protecting you job from terrorists & illegals"
