Evil or Very Mad
Silent upgrade is not good because if you need logic board replaced they will give you the one listed on your invoice because that is what their records will have for the serial number. They do not upgrade their records to show that your serial number has the upgraded board. They did this to me with the silent upgrade to the PPC model. If I ever get another machine that is silently upgraded I will return it for a refund or demand that they send me physical acknowledgement of the new specifications. It was so hard to get them to understand the problem. They were telling me to send documentation for the upgraded specs which I could not do because they never acknowledged is. This really PISSED ME OFF!!!! javascript:emoticon('Evil or Very Mad')
