|
|
Both USB ports at the back of my mini were ok before this.
But when I plug-in my friend's external HDD. One of port doesn't work anymore although the light on the HDD is flashing but nothing is mounted to my mini.
I tried using my thumbdrive but nothing changed.
Did I just screw up one USB port or the is way to fix it?
I don't have any account for MacFixit so if u guys can just tell me how to do it?

Will any other peripherals work in the ports? I would try resetting the PMU and repairing disk permissions.

I used Apple hardware diagnostic tool and techtool deluxe from my applecare.
It works somehow...
Now I can use my USB port again.
