Everytime that I start up my Mini, I always have to re-pair my Bluetooth mouse (The Mouse BT) with my system. Would someone know how to repair this problem?

This might be worth a try. Try Un-checking Discoverable in the Bluetooth System Preferences. Turn Bluetooth off and go to /Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences. Trash the file named "com.apple.Bluetooth.plist" or change it to "com.apple.Bluetooth.plist.old". Restart and turn Bluetooth on and re-pair all devices.
