Of the two that I still have regular communication with, one just bought a new Intel Mini (my ex), and the other just bought a MacBook (my girlfriend).
As for the others, I'm not too sure. Once you go Mac, it's hard to go back though.

My family still use Windows. My nan is getting a Mac Mini though if she knows whats good for her. She hasn't used a computer since the old Mac512KEs packed in... so she hasn't had experience of an OS since SS7!
