I was playing CoD on my iMac for quite a while, then one day *poof* it no longer recognized the DVD being in the drive. You know when you try to launch the game, "Please insert the ???? disc." Hello! It is in there. I have tried deleting (the package) and reinstalling several times, with no luck. The SC drive can read it, system will install it, but no playtime.
This may have started occuring after some Apple 'Fix Me' update, but I wasn't paying attention. Any thoughts?

Ok question.
You are using a legal copy of the game not a illegal copy of the game because if you are using a illegal copy we cannot help you here.
If you are using a legal copy of the game you need to install the latest call of duty update once finished the game should function again.
If not your disk is Damaged. |

Thanks I will try that. And yes, it is a legal copy. Bought and paid for with my own hard earned money. _________________ -lawman |
