I upgraded both the memory and the hard drive on my macbook. Both were really easy to do. You can google for videos and all kinds of guides. OR you can read your user manual.

I'm going to upgrade my Tiger Intel mini to Leopard. So I thought I'd put in a bigger hard drive than the stock 80gig.

Well I delete the picture and it's still there. I guess mine and Apples concept of 'delete' are not the same. At least in Iphoto.

I've deleted hundreds of pictures from Iphoto, and emptied the trash, but the disk is still just as full as before I started. How do you get this stuff cleaned off of the drive?

In windows when things freeze or get flaky, you can do a CTL ALT DEL and bring up task manager to shut down processes or reboot. Is there anything like that in Mac OS? I think my Vine Viewer is free ...
